Myrtus communis Andes

From a Peruvian project (Primavera Life, Germany), you could buy 2 great scenting essential oils in organic quality:

- Myrtus communis Andes, Myrtle Andes
  - Monoterpene (...75 %) For example: Alpha-Pinen, ...
  - Oxide ( ... 10%) For example: 1,8-Cineol
  - Monoterpenole (... 7%) For example Linalool, Myrtenol, ...
  - Sesquiterpene (... 1,5 %)

  - what could Myrtle Andes do: expectorant, analgetic, promote blood circulation, stimulating lymph flow, special aromatogramm (MRSA) good effects,  ...

In the Brazilian Journal of Microbiology is an article about Aloysia triphylla and other aromatic plants and its antimicrobial activity.

When I visited this project many years ago, the joy of these two great essential oils is unbroken. Here is a recipe for a room-scenting-spray, 2% in 70% alcohol:

The filling of essential oils and plant oils for aromanursing and aromatherapy

To weigh the essential oils per batch.

To record the batch number.

The finished mixture is transferred to a laboratory glass with spout.

To fill in the essential oil blend in the brown glas bottles.

The child-resistant closure with sealing ring is screwed.

To label is glued on the brown glas.

A transparent, wipe-clean label to protect the original label.

To cut the transparent label to the size which is needed.

The pharmaceutical-technical assistant of the pharmacy must weigh the essential oils per batch. The recipe is normally given in gtt = drops. For example a basic mixture: 5 gtt Citrus limon, 3 gtt Melaleuca leucadendra, 2 gtt Eucalyptus globulus for an antimicrobial room-scenting. Of these, 4 - 6 drops placed in a fragrant burner.

Aroma-Smoothie for your health

Cranberry-smoothie with Citrus limon - essential oil

 To make a good tasting organic fruit-green-Smoothie - you need:
- 1 handful fresh Cranberries
- 1 apple sour
- 4 dried apricots
- 4 dried dates
- 1 handful fresh corn-salad
- 1 tablespoonful cashew nuts
- 1 pinch flax seed
- 1 tablespoonful  coco nut flakes
- 6 drops Hippophae rhamnoides
- 2 drops Citrus limon Essential oil organic!!
- 1 drop Vanilla planifolia Essential oil or a pinch of dried Vanilla powder
- 1 pinch of Cinnamomum ceylanicum
- fresh Water 500 ml (depending on the texture you like)

To mix it with a professional mixer and fill it up in nice glasses and decorate it with sliced Cranberries.

If you like a fresh lemon fruit more, than change the 2 drops of essential oil Citrus limon in one organic lemon fruit.

"Ireland - Aroma-Nature Learning Camp"

In Ireland, especially in Glengarriff, you could find Eliane Zimmermanns "Aroma Botanik in Glengarriff  2012".

It´s a sort of Aroma-Camp, to experience with all your senses, what the wonderful nature could bring us.

The landscape of southwest Ireland provides plants of the subtropical Area. A huge arboretum, with trees over 100 years old and many special things you could see there. It is an amazing journey.
